New students are welcome to register everyday, Monday through Friday and will need the following documents:
Official school records from previous school
Certificate of Immunization (on Georgia form)
Ear, Eye, and Dental Examination (on Georgia form)
Birth Cirtificate
Social Security Card
Discipline summary from previous school
Withdrawal form from previous school
Proof of residency
Official transcript
