Welcome back to school Lions!
I hope everyone had a fun,and safe summer.
The first week of school is always a busy time for everyone.We are all establishing new routines, getting last minute school supplies and completing all the school forms.You recieved a "School Health Services" packet at open house. In it there is information about your school health clinic,a student health information form, and guidelines to help you determine when your child is too sick to attend school.
Please help me to help your children by reading all the information, and completing and returning the student health form as soon as possible.
Also children new to Columbia County or entering pre-K or kindergarden, must have all immunizations completed and docunented on a Georgia 3231 form, and a 3 point screening on a form 3300.These can be obtained at your local health department or at your peditrician's office.
If you have any health concerns about your children while they are attending school, please let me know. I am in the clinic from 8:00-4:00 Monday- Friday.
