MISSION STATEMENT & CHARACTER COMMITMENT

LMS MISSION STATEMENT
At Lakeside Middle, we confidently meet opportunities and challenges while always striving to meet our highest potential.

LMS CHARACTER COMMITMENT
Position statement: It is agreed that, students should have a foundation of responsibility, self-control, respect, and tolerance. By infusing the character commitment terms throughout our curriculum, our goal is that these qualities will manifest themselves in the daily lives of our students, teachers, parents, and community. Teachers nominate students each grading period for designation as Character Commitment Students. These students are recognized at a breakfast held in their honor each nine weeks. Parents are encouraged to attend these celebrations.
