The speech and language development of children has a great impact on their ability to learn in school. The CCBOE Speech-Language Impaired program is provided for students who have been diagnosed with a speech and/or language disorder. Many areas fall under the heading of a speech disorder: articulation, language, fluency, voice, oral motor functioning.
