Mrs. Kelley Rigdon opened the River Ridge Media Center in 2005 with two and a half years of Media Specialist experience, a Masters of Library and Information Science from USC, three years of teaching experience, and a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education-English from USC Aiken. Mrs. Rigdon has two wonderful boys who attend River Ridge Elementary. |

Mrs. Mary Ann Major came to River Ridge Elementary in 2005 as a 2nd grade paraprofessional. She is a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a degree in marketing and merchandising. Prior to marrying her husband, Jeff Major, she was a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. 14 years of marriage have produced two beautiful children and a warm, loving home. Some of her favorite books are Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, Summer of the Monkeys by Wilson Rawls, and Thunder Cakes by Patricia Polaco. |
