Criteria for Applicants Applicants should meet the minimum qualifications:
1) A masters degree or above in any field (per PSC regulations). 2) A minimum of three years of managerial or educational experience (per PSC regulations). 3) An individual of good moral character.

Salary and Benefits The annual salary, fringe benefits, contractual terms and conditions of employment will be competitive and will be discussed in detail with the final candidate(s).
