Laotha Carswell has been teaching in Columbia County for 28 years. She is a Family and Consumer Science Teacher specializing in Culinary Arts. She has attend the National Restuarant Association Cerificaiton Level I, II and III. She has a BS and MED degrees. She was teacher of the year for Evans High School for 2005-2006 year. |
