Welcome Students and Parents! I hope you had a wonderful summer! Welcome back for another exciting year of learning at EHS. I am teaching 9th grade World History and 11th grade this year. For those who don't know me let me introduce myself. I am a born and raised Floridian who, during my formative years, worked on a farm in the northern part of the state far from the beaches and palm trees, recognizabe symbols of the Sunshine State. I earned a B.S. in History and Geography from Florida A&M University where I was selected to the Governor's Intership Program and was commissioned a Lieutenant in the US Army. Later, I earned an M.S. in Education from the University of Tennessee. This is my fourteenth year in education, eighth year at EHS. I'm a co-sponsor of SADD (Student Against Destructive Decisions) and the Black History Club. I currently reside in Evans married to a wonderful wife name Edna. I also have two energetic sons Ervin and Josiah. |
