The 2007-2008 Journey |
| Language Arts is essential to the development of an individual. This year will be full of fine tuning. We'll be fine tuning our reading comprehension, our essay writing, and our presentation skills. These three aspects of Language Arts will be necessary when present Sophomores face that graduation test in their eleventh grade year. Working together, we can all become better prepared for the challenges that await us. |

The second offense will entail a brief student-teacher conference. The third offense will be a call home, and the fourth offense will be office referral. 6. Stay in class. –You have three opportunities to leave my class. After the 3rd time, there will be a student-teacher conference and subsequent times will entail office referral. 7. Do not eat or drink in class. –You may keep bottled water, but all other snacking leads to bugs and messes. I especially hate sunflower seeds, Skittles, and M&Ms. 8. No whining. -No one wants to hear it, not even me. Act like an adult, and you’ll be treated like one.
