MISSION STATEMENT:
We, at Brookwood Elementary are dedicated to providing the highest quality education, which prepares our students to become life-long learners and productive citizens in a rapidly changing global society.
TEACHER INFORMATION:
Welcome to first grade! This is my 35th year as a first grade teacher. I recently earned an Educational Specialist Degree. I was elected as Teacher Of The Year twice by my colleagues and was among the first recipients of The Golden Apple Award. I have taught in New York State, Germany and Georgia. I believe that all children can learn. Each new year is a challenging and exciting adventure. Soar along with us in first grade this year.
