Welcome to Team 7A!
We have a great time in 7th grade science. The majority of our studies will focus on the biological sciences. In the comingh year, we will be studying cells, animal groups, genetics, classification, plants, biomes, etc. Expect homework almost every night. We complete many labs and projects in class. The students usually have to finish what we worked on for homework. Don't forget to go the the Purpose of Class page for the monthly calendar. The Projects Page has all of the project instructions and rubrics and the Webquests pages have all the instructions for the 4 webquests we complete during the year.
We are going to have a great year and learn a lot of science.

General Information
I enjoy teaching science! It is very hands-on and interesting. I have my master's degree in middle grades science education and I can't imagine teaching any other subject. I am currently working on my doctorate in teacher leadership. Learning never ends.
In my spare time, what little there is, I work with my horses, give horseback riding lessons. I also spend some time reading,and cooking
Well, off to plan more science classes.
