This is a great site that has information on various AP classes. I especially recommend watching a few videos of the class lectures. These will give you a good idea of not only what to expect in college, but also, they may help explain some of the concepts discussed in class.

I plan on using this program throughout the year to analyze videos. The program is free. You should download it, along with the mechanics videos, and learn how to use it. The sample videos, also from this site, may be helpful too.
