Our goal for the year is for your child to become more aware of himself/herself and the fascinating world around them. This first year of school is an important time in your child's life. It will have a profound effect on how he/she functions throughout life. Therefore, this experience must be a shared partnership between home and school.
The GKAP-R (Georgia Kindergarten Assessment Program - Revised)will be utilized to assess student progress during the year. The county report card will reflect the GKAP - R objectives. The following areas will be assessed:
