Daily Schedule
In Reading class, students will concentrate on vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, and phonics. Students will also get a "sneak preview" of concepts that will be covered in the regular Language Arts class.


"Bulldog Work Ethic"
1. Complete assigned work.
2. Turn work in on time.
3. Take pride in the neatness and quality of your work.
4. Accept responsibility for your successes and your failures.
5. Always say "I can."

Necessary Materials
* A notebook or folder (with pockets)
*Loose-leaf notebook paper (No spiral bound notebooks, please.)
*Blue or black ink pen
*Pencils


Agenda/planner, and library book in class every day!


EXTRA HELP
Beginning on October 6, 2009, you may receive extra help from Mrs. Gerow on Tuesdays from 2:45-3:15. Please arrange your own transportation home. Mrs. Gerow will be available to help you with class concepts, make-up work and review.

Homework
Instructional Extension students don't usually have written homework. They are asked to review vocabulary regularly for vocabulary quizzes. Students write homework assignments in their agendas. Please, check your child's agenda daily.
