I appreciate the opportunity to work with your child! I am very excited to teach Civics and love the energy of teenagers. I want to make a difference in each child's life between a good day and a bad day, between confidence and despair, and between success and failure.
I graduated from Augusta College in 1992 and received a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Augusta State University in 1998 and a specialist degree in 2007. I have taught in Columbia County for 15 years. I have been married to my husband Mike for 18 years and we have two boys at home. Taylor is in the 8th grade at Riverside Middle and Landon is in 2nd grade at River Ridge Elementary School.

School starts August 11th!
Your AP Government Political scrapbook is due first day of school.
Be prepared to discuss which candidate you will vote for and WHY.
Monday, August 11th: Pass out syllabus and discuss AP test. Collect scrapbooks and discussion about 2008 Presidential Election.
Tuesday, August 12: Assign Books and read chapter 1.
