"Meet the Teacher"
Hi, my name is Debra Harper and I've been in education for 15 years. I have taught grades 3-5 for 11 of those years and was a school counselor for 4 years.
I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree from Georgia College and State University in 1994 and received my Masters in Early Childhood Education in 1997. I then attended Augusta State University from 2003-2006 to earn my Master's Degree in School Counseling.
I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. Teaching and being involved with education is a dream come true. I am especially happy to have joined the Columbia County School System and love my new school, North Columbia Elementary.
My husband and I have 3 children, a son and identical twin daughters, who also attend North Columbia. They love our school as much as I do. |
