Dear Parent and Student,
Welcome to my Greenbrier High School website. Knowing and following the rules and procedures for my classroom will help create an environment for a successful and satisfying year.
Rules:
1. Come prepared with pen, paper, notebook, and required books.
2. Follow instructions promptly.
3. Participate in class activities.
4. Respect yourself and other.
Possible consequences for infractions: Consequences for cheating
1. Verbal warning 1. Zero grade
2. Seat change 2. Parent contact
3. Detention
4. Parent contact
5. Office referral
Procedures:
1. Be seated in assigned seat prior to the tardy bell.
2. Pass papers across rows, not back.
3. Turn in assignments in the tray.
4. Keep sponges in notebook. Be ready for surprise checks.
5. Final drafts should be in a 12 or 14-point easy-to-read
font.
Heading should be on top left side of paper as follows:

6. Use materials/supplies at the student center, NOT my desk.
Grades:
A point system is used. Each nine weeks will have 800-1200 points. The values are as follows:
Major projects 100-300 points
Tests/essays 50-100 points
Quizzes 5- 50 points
Homework 5- 50 points
Daily work 5- 50 points
