1st period - Connection class - 7:40 - 8:20
2nd period - Connection Class - 8:20 - 9:10
3rd period - Core Class - 9:10 - 10:10
4th period - Core Class - 10:10 - 11:10
5th period - Core Class and Lunch - 11:10 - 12:40
6th period - Core Class - 12:40 - 1:40
7th period - Core Class - 1:40 - 2:40
To use the online textbook - click on the link below. The username is the student's first and last name, lower case, with no spaces. The password is the student's first and last initials and their lunch number. If the username doesn't work try putting an 8 after the name.
We are working on Physical Science. The major concepts for the year will be Nature of Matter, Atomic Theory, Chemistry, Laws of Motion and Forces,Waves (sound, energy, light), Machines, Electrical and Magnetic forces. It will be important for you to complete the labs and also to study notes that you will take during school. REMEMBER, even if you don't have assigned homework in science on a certain day you will always have terms and information that will need to be studied for upcoming tests.
For extra information during the school year you can click on the link for schoolnotes. This will have your assignments and information on what concepts we are working on.
Students can go to the Georgia On line assessment site to practice certain tests. They use their student id and the password is "password" |
