Course overview
The visual arts program is designed to build concepts, skills, knowledge, and aesthetic awareness. Art builds observation skills and encourages exploring the imagination. Students learn to coordinate their hands and minds in exploration of various tools, processes, and media. New techniques, approaches, and habits for applying knowledge and skills are developed.
