The culmination of developing talented educators comes at the annual Rookie of the Year celebration at the end of the school year.  Here all first-year educators, alongside their mentors, celebrate a successful year of teaching and reflect on their accomplishments. Five first-year educators are recognized as finalists for their outstanding efforts in education with one being named the Rookie of the Year.
