Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruits qualified personnel for all positions.
- Coordinates annual Teacher Screening event.
- Manages substitute teacher/paraprofessional/secretary program.
- Assists with the development and planning of New Teacher Induction.
- Complies with GADOL rules and regulations.
- Maintains CCSD HR website.
- Develops and administers employee surveys.
- Assists with the selection and oversees implementation and training of HR related software.
- Supports the Chief Human Resources Officer in all HR functions in an effort to support the school district's mission.
