- $19.73 an hour minimum starting pay with no experience. Earn more money if you have verifiable experience.
- Earn even more by performing other duties associated with your role as a bus driver.
- Guaranteed hours ranging from 3.5 to 8 hours per day.
- Additional hours can be earned through field trips and other activities throughout the county.

- Drivers can have break in the middle of the day to handle any personal errands or activities.

- Your children can attend Columbia County School District schools if you live outside of the county but still reside in Georgia.
- Drivers are able to bring their Columbia County School District school-aged children on the bus with them if they are driving in their school zone.
