Pre-K Registration for the 2020-2021 School Year

Pre-K registration affords you an opportunity to participate in the drawing for the limited number of slots available at your zoned site. Each child will be assigned a unique Pre-K Drawing Number when you register that will be used during the drawing on March 31 at CCBOE.  Results for each drawing will be posted on school websites and at the school by 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2020. Parents do not need to attend the drawing.

The Columbia County School District’s Pre-K program is sponsored by the State of Georgia’s Lottery Funds.

You are still eligible to participate in the Pre-K Registration process if you reside in one of the following 8 elementary zones that have a Pre-K program:   Baker Place Elementary, Brookwood Elementary, Euchee Creek Elementary, Grovetown Elementary, North Columbia Elementary, North Harlem Elementary, South Columbia Elementary, and Westmont Elementary.

Bus transportation is available within your zone only and is provided as long as there is an adult at the bus stop with the child for pick-up /drop-off.

Program times are Monday through Friday, 8:40-3:40.

Children must be four years old on or before September 1, 2020, to participate in this lottery-funded program. To register to attend Pre-K at a particular school, the child must reside with his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) in that school zone. For exact zoning information search the Find Your Bus Stop on the Columbia County Schools website.
