School Climate and Financial Efficiency Star Ratings Both the School Climate Star Rating and the Financial Efficiency Star Ratings were recently released by the Georgia Department of Education and the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement. All schools in the Columbia County School District earned a four or five star School Climate Rating, and the district’s Financial Efficiency Star Rating was 4.5 out of 5 stars for the 2023-2024 school year.
