video I'll be demonstrating how to set up a parent portal the first thing you need to do is go to www.ccboe.net go to the middle of the page and click the parent portal icon it'll take you to our parent portal Infinite Campus page if you currently have a parent portal already set up you can log into your parent portal from this site if you do not you need to go to where it says click here this will take you to our parent portal activation page you will need some student information in order to fill out this page to include your child student number your child student number is the same as the lunch number at their school not currently have this number you can call the school to receive it for this demonstration I will be using impending student once I filled out my students information the guardians or parents attached to that account will show up for this demonstration I'll be using buddy dog once I click on the parent name ID number comes up. This is very important you want to copy everything after guid colon in space so in this when I was start with a once I have this highlighted and not this I will right click and click copy now I want to click create portal account here is where we're going to use that guid number right click in and paste now you can see the number but the guid colon and space are not there if you put those there it will not work now this be my parents name it's wanted me to create a username and password now it tells me I've successfully completed my parent portal go back to login now this is where I'm going to put your username and password I just created click login that you will go to the screen that says to add a new secure email this should be your email address at the school ask again for you password a password that campus and Parent Portal are the same so this is the password we just set up now I'm in my child portal account if Lala Kitty was a real student her picture would show up here as well as her schedule if I had more students I could click on her name here on the side and choose hold on to all your students attached to your household and this icon here will be your parents icon that you can use to toggle for some different information you can set the language here if you choose to though you have a choice of English Spanish Chinese or traditional Chinese this concludes our parent portal demonstration
