The Foundation's Trustees direct and manage the affairs of the Foundation. Trustees are appointed by the Foundation's nominating committee. Our Trustees work in partnership with local businesses, community members, CCSD staff, parents, and students to further the Foundation's mission.
The following CCSD employees serve as Foundation Trustees, but are non-voting members:
- Dr. Steve Flynt, Superintendent of Schools
- Judy Teasley, Board Member
- Alex Casado, Chief Financial Officer (serves as Foundation Treasurer)
- Ashley Whitaker, Foundation Director (serves as Foundation Executive Director)
