The CCSD High School Experience

The Division of School Improvement oversees and supports high schools by analyzing student and school data to guide academic acheivement and growth. The team uses research-based strategies to help schools set and reach improvement goals, provides professional development for principals, and oversees programs like the New Principal Induction. Through collaborative planning and data-driven decision-making, the team works to enhance student achievement and ensure continuous school improvement at all levels.
