Comprehensive Building Program
The Columbia County School District's comprehensive 10-year building program is focused on providing the facilities and technology needed to provide a quality education for our students. The plan, formed with input from the community, provides much-needed modernization and upgrades to existing schools and benefits every school in the district.
The building program aligns with the school district’s five-year Strategic Plan. Specifically, it addresses objectives within the strategic goal of Facilities and Operational Excellence. During our strategic planning process, our community recognized a need for the district to identify and plan for upcoming facility needs. In addition, the community has played a role in delivering these needs through its support of E-SPLOST and General Obligation (GO) Bonds to fund identified projects.
